Prelude and Anthems

Welcome 2018!!!

This is the year of change for many within my realm, including myself.  

I began to blog several years ago to reconnect with my passion for designing and making clothes. Those past episodes are still available here. However, there is more to myself than simply sewing and designing.

I am a Stand-out, Eclectic, Creative, Exploring Daydreamer. This year of 2018, I need to reconnect to all of who I truly am.  Sadly, I have lost touch with who I am.

 Here in this place I will still continue to document my creative sewing adventures. I will also document any other explorations that I have come across in the past week, including bands that I went to see (I am a self-proclaimed music junkie), places that I explored and other interesting tidbits that I came across during the week. As my cousins will say, "Making myself look like a stereotypical blogger." I will slowly be adjusting and updating new pages here as I expand my world.

I encourage anyone who reads this to find their own way to do the same.  I know several people who miss things that used to be a part of themselves.  If you wish you can even make a comment here of "I wrote a paragraph this week."  I won't mind.  Trust me documenting your progress no matter how big or small does help.  Blogging made me consistent with my sewing projects when nothing else worked.  This is why I cannot quit.

The below song  are my anthems to power me through this time of positive change.  Again I am a self-proclaimed music junkie , and yes I am a fan of Lights.  I hope that you enjoy them and that they power you through this new year as well.
