Baby Steps
Hello again,
This is going to be a rather short episode. Despite the short week because of Labor Day, it has been a rather crazy week of life and work, so I didn't get very far.
What I did manage to achieve this week was that I cut out the top pieces of my preliminary mock-up. I doubt that you will ever hear the end of this, but I love my rotary cutters. It makes things go faster while the pattern doesn't distort as much as with normal scissors. Using my pink marking set all of the pieces have been "Lettered" so that I can remember which is the wrong and right sides of the fabric.
Next step will be pinning then sewing. So hopefully next week, the mock-up top will be completely constructed. Yay!
