Teaser Revealed Part 1
Hello again
It is “teaser” reveal time. For those who are unaware, last week I was only able to post pictures from what I was able to accomplish. Do to time and the chaos of last week, I was unable to go into details as I usually do.

Anne's Sewing Lesson #2 Also Known As Karana Should Not Unthread a Brother Sewing Machine.
It had been a while since I had last done a sewing lesson with Anne, the Daughter, so I made arrangements. It was decided on a 3 hour time frame on a busy Sunday. The game plan in my head was...
- Getting Anne acquainted with her sewing machine
- Drafting 3 Doll Dirdle Skirts from Gertie's Guide to Better Sewing
- Use 3 different types of gather stitches to gather up the skirt to the waist band.
First lesson that I learned from this lesson is...
1. Inform them of what tools and supplies will be needed beforehand. It was a scavenger hunt locating and finding what I thought was needed for the lesson.
2. And this is the biggest 1. I need to not touch their sewing machine. It is a Brother Brand, mine is a Husquevarna Viking. In the "Getting Anne acquainted with her sewing machine" section, I un-threaded the machine. It is only a matter of time before the machine will require another thread, might as well learn how to now... After approximately 2 hours of trying to get the machine to work, I drove 5 minutes to home, packed up my machine and returned to the lesson. At this point due to time. I was in the driver's seat giving commentary to Anne about what I was doing. It took several days but their machine is up and running now. Next lesson will be a repeat of what was attempted but didn't get around to
Well, that about does me for now. I'll give the details about the remaining teaser next week.
Until then...
