Distracting Treasure Hunt
Hello again,
Its going to be an extremely short episode with no pictures. The week in general has been very exhausting so I haven't been up to very much.
This past week I have been distracted once again away from Pastille. Yeah, yeah I know, it'll be Christmas by the time I actually finish it. It will get down in its own sweet time.
My distraction is actually a birthday present. My friend Samantha gave me a Garage Sale Lee Middleton Doll who is in need of love. Those who know me, know that I used to work at Lee Middletons' Newborn Nursery doll shop for several years until it closed. During which time, I wound up with a collection of 9 various Middletons. My latest edition Sammie (Samantha Elaine) needs some doll surgery which includes additional stuffing & straightening her head. There is a box like object somehow attached to her head that is not in any of my other Middletons. It gives her an adorable photographic head tilt, but all I can think of is "You poor baby, your spine..."
However Sammie cannot undergo her "surgery" until I have zip ties in order to reattach her appendages. I have some. One might be doable, but I would like a second opinion before I proceed, the other is too short. Hopefully I can consult my second opinion this upcoming weekend. Also when I get a chance I'm going to see if Amazon has white zip ties in the correct length and width that I would need.
That's it. I've spent the past week on a treasure hunt for specific zip ties that has more or less been a bust. Hopefully next week will be better productive wise for both Pastille and Sammie.
