Week 01 Mending & Frills
I am slowly getting into the swing of things. This past week I mended 2 pants & 2 shirts. I also worked a little on Nellie's Frills Dress.

I don't want to post the design until the dress is finished. Sometimes when I work on a design, it evolves & changes & becomes even better.
I had tried to get the dress done in time for my friend Samantha & my birthday celebration, since we both have July birthdays & I got Nellie because of Samantha. Obviously I did not get it done in time & have worked on it off & on so when Nellie found out that I was going to do this blog she wanted to make sure that her Frills dress was among the 1st projects to be completed.
Overall I didn't get very far with Nellie's Frills, but a lot of it has been pinned up & is ready to be sewn
